What Is Covered?

Unlocking Home Improvement at No Cost

For the first time, funds are available for improvements that make private homes and rental properties more accessible. Whether you own your home or rent with your landlord’s permission, if you or a household member has a documented disability, you may be eligible for this program.

Consumer Eligibility & Application

Who Can Apply?

  • Reside in Illinois, whether you own your home or rent (with landlord’s approval).
  • Have a person with a documented disability living in the household.
  • Meet the maximum income requirement.
