Transitions threatened by \”health reform\”

IVCIL Director Brian Szuda is quoted in a story on proposed changes in national health care, which could have a major, detrimental impact in Illinois. Cuts to Medicaid proposed by some in Congress jeopardize the cost-saving transitions out of nursing homes for people with disabilities.
